What To Expect ... We at University City Church welcome you to come and be a part of our worship services as our special guest! It is our goal that you receive a mighty and heartfelt Word from God! We want your experience at UCC to be a life changing one! As our special guest, you are not obligated to give but to receive! We are a casual congregation. We want everyone to come as you are and feel comfortable at that. Our praise and worship is second to none, as we celebrate and give God praise! Whether you choose to dress-up or dress casually, you’ll always see a blend of both on each Sunday morning at the University City Church. Thursday night services are always casual. We have something for everyone including children and teens! One of our goals is to raise up mighty young men and women of God. We have a youth and young adult department thats second to none! Every Sunday morning and Thursday evening, your child can experience God's love through fun and creative Biblical teaching. We truly take out time and invest into our upcoming generation. We pray that your visit with us is an enjoyable one! We are excited about what God is doing in the City as well as in your life! Interested in Joining? Once you've decided to become a covenant member at University City Church, you'll have serveral classes to help you continue your growth in God and membership at UCC. These classes are our Welcome to the City, Soaring in the City, Leading in the City and Living in the City. Below is a brief description about each one.
This group is designed to equip and encourage your decision to follow the Lord Jesus Christ by laying a foundation of the basic essentials of serving the Lord. This small group also serves as an introduction to the vision and doctrine of UCC, and is a requirement for those wanting to serve in this local ministry. All new members are strongly encouraged to complete this class. » Soaring in the City » Leading In The City This group is a tier in the School Of Leaders. The purpose of Leading in the City is to thoroughly furnish participants to be effective leaders. While participating in this group the minister will explore their calling, discover the many dynamics of leadership, through service and studies and be confirmed to exercise their gifts at University City Church in various ministries. » Living in the City This group is designed to equip and encourage the believer in the Lord Jesus Christ to walk worthy of the Lord. this class is designed to help you understand the importance of being the light of the world and to live a victorious life in the Lord. Every covenant member of UCC is encouraged to represent the church and the body of Christ with full integrity.
