What is the Lifestyle Stewardship Capital Campaign?

The "IMAGINE" Campaign is the vehicle God is using to provide the spiritual and financial growth needed to extend University City Church's reach across the University City area.

The Lifestyle Stewardship Capital Campaign is a 3-year commitment of sacrifical giving.  During this time, each covenant member is asked to pray about and commit to give a certain amount of money over and above tithes and offerings to fulfill God's vision for this house.  The three keys to the lifestyle stewardship are:

1) Reassess your lifestyle

2) Rearrange your priorities

3) Reallocate your resources

How Much Should I Plan To Give?

King David declared, "I will not offer to God that which costs me nothing." (2 Samuel 24:24).  David understood that the value of the gift presented to God is determined by its value to the giver.

This is a spiritual effort the requires much prayer and asking of God what sacrifice one should make.  The key is equal sacrifice and constant prayer that will guide you towards the amount of your gift.  This gift signifies a love for Christ and acknowledges our faith in God that all things are possible.

How Will The Money Be Used?

Our collective sacrifical giving will enable us to embrace the University geographical area like never before!  We seek to enhance our ministry services to the community by, providing outstanding community  outreach, social support and counseling services.  The funds raised during this camapign will also allow us to enlarge our ministry facility.  In doing so, we will be able to provide increased seating and parking spaces as well as a "second to none" youth fun zone.
